User Data Deletion Instructions

Riva Recipes allows users to request deletion of information associated with their platform account and connected Meta/Facebook services.
Disconnect a Facebook Page
If you only want to stop our platform from accessing a particular Facebook Page, sign in to the platform, open your Facebook/Page settings, select the connected Page, and use the available Disconnect option.
This disables the platform’s connection to that Page.
Remove Facebook Authorization
You may also remove the application’s authorization directly through the settings provided by Facebook/Meta.
Removing authorization may prevent the platform from accessing Pages and Facebook functionality previously authorized by you.
Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of information associated with your account, email:

Please provide enough information for us to identify the platform account concerned, such as the email address associated with your account.
Do not send passwords, Facebook access tokens, App Secrets, or other authentication credentials.
After verifying the request where necessary, we will process deletion of applicable information associated with your platform account, subject to information that must be retained for legitimate security, fraud-prevention, legal, or regulatory reasons.
What May Be Deleted
Depending on your use of the service, deletion may include applicable:
- Platform account information.
- Connected Facebook account references.
- Connected Facebook Page records.
- Stored Page integration information.
- Messenger conversations and messages stored by the platform.
- Related integration data that is no longer required.
Facebook Data
Deleting information from Riva Recipes does not necessarily delete information stored independently by Facebook/Meta.
To manage information held directly by Meta, use the privacy and account controls provided by Meta.
